• Blue Membership: Automatically awarded upon enrollment, granting you instant access to our exclusive Privileged Member benefits.
• Silver Membership: Earned by accumulating a total spend of THB 150,000 within 2 years on accommodation and/or Food & Beverage, booked directly with Kora Beach Resort Phuket.
• Black Membership: Earned by accumulating a total spend of THB 350,000 within 2 years on accommodation and/or Food & Beverage, booked directly with Kora Beach Resort Phuket.
• Green Membership: By invitation only, at the discretion of Kora Beach Resort Phuket.

To maintain tier status (Silver or Black), members must meet the spending requirements within a 2-year validity period.

• Silver: THB 150,000 within 2 years
• Black: THB 350,000 within 2 years
  If spending requirements are not met, membership will revert to the next qualifying tier.

Members can accumulate spending on accommodations and Food & Beverage for up to two rooms in a single reservation, subject to the following conditions:

• Only one member per stay may collect the total spending. Ensure your name and membership number are on the reservation.
• The member must be registered as a guest in at least one room.
• The member must be registered for the entire stay.
• Spending amounts are credited only if the member pays for all rooms & services at checkout.

• Direct bookings only: Member Benefits apply only to reservations made directly via Kora Beach Resort Phuket website, email, or phone. Bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com) are not eligible. Discounts can be applied to a maximum of two rooms.
• Membership card presentation: Members must present their card at check-in and before ordering at resort outlets to receive discounts. Benefits can be shared with guests staying in up to two rooms. If the cardholder isn’t present at check-in, the accompanying guests won’t be able to use the benefits.
• Discount Terms & Conditions: All discounts and offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or during certain festive or special occasions.
• Benefit limitations: Some benefits (e.g., complimentary nights, early check-in/late check-out, partner discounts) may be subject to blackout dates or availability.
• Additional Terms: Kora Beach Resort Phuket reserves the right to amend program terms & conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or website updates.
